Bressler Lab progress at University of Alberta - fermentation of Single Cell Protein

Independent lab certifies the composition and nutritional profile of Cv̄ictus's single cell protein (SCP). Cp̄rute, the name of our SCP, has essentially the same amount of protein and amino acid profile as the highest quality fishmeal. Cv̄ictus is completing a two-year development program at University of Alberta to optimize continuous fermentation of SCP and has started the next step of limited production at a pilot in Belgium.
